BREED SIZE GUIDE

The final grooming price is based on your dogs size, condition and temperament. To determine your dog's size when making an appointment, please refer to the size guide below.

Withers measurements (having your dog stood up, this is the measurement from their front paw to the top of their shoulder - see image below).

X-SMALL - up to 9" (e.g. yorkshire terrier/chihuahua)

SMALL - 9"-14" (e.g. westie/lhasa apso/border terrier)

MEDIUM - 14"-19" (e.g. cocker/springer spaniel) 

LARGE - 19"-24" (e.g. labrador/golden retriever/husky)

X-LARGE - 24" and over (e.g. newfoundland/bernese mountain dog)

Please note that the breeds shown as examples are only provided as a guide to allow you to quickly find the correct size for your appointment. If your dog's breed is not listed, or is larger/smaller than usual, please refer to the measurement ranges provided.

If your dog is extra small/extra large, please select small/large when booking your appointment and your price will be adjusted accordingly at the time of your appointment. If you have any queries don't hesitate to get in touch! 

If during the appointment, we determine your dog to be a different size than your appointment selection, Willow's Dog Grooming reserves the right to amend the final cost of your appointment to accurately reflect your dog's size. This may be higher or lower depending on the circumstances.
